No, she's never been on PPV. I know this is a tough one so here are a couple of more clues:

I thought she was a WPBA pro but apparently not. She's more like semi-pro. This interview was in 2000, when she was active in tournaments. I just googled her and found tourney results for her as recent as 2005. Anyone who knows Double J well should know who she is.
