This is a great match. The BUDDY is sooooo smooooooth. If he plays like this now, what was he like in his 20's and 30's??

I seen a old video of Buddy Hall playing Johnny Archer, from the early 90's and it was a race to 17 i think, and JA would miss a shot, and BH would run 7racks lol. It was amazing!

:D This video should be in a training program. Buddy Hall's finesse style of play is cool calm and collective. He demonstrated it all, ball control made his runouts look so easy. He also played smart pool to make it as difficult as poosible for his opponet.
He shoots excellent left handed which avoided the use of a bridge.

Thanks for providing such a great video.

That's why Buddy Hall is the Rifleman. In his prime he's the only player I've seen that can play pinpoint position on every shot, as opposed to just putting the cueball in the general area like many others do. Buddy's cueball control back then was second to none. He's also one of the most knowledgeable players out there; when he commentated for ESPN and Accustat, Buddy could accurately predict which shot the competing players would go for, including hard-to-see safeties. I'm glad he's still out there competing and playing.

By my calculations, BH shot .900 (90 balls and 10 errors), and TK shot .811 (77 balls and 18 errors). Remember that easy misses count as two errors, and there were several easy misses in this match.
